Work that runs itself.
We build automations, apps and test suites so your team stops doing the same thing twice.
Free 30-minute call. Fixed-price quote in writing. You own everything we ship.
Sample automation run "invoice-intake": invoice_4471.pdf received from billing@supplier.com; parsed 14 fields (confidence 0.98); matched to PO-2291, $4,120.00; posted to Xero as draft bill; #finance notified, awaiting approval. Human touches: 0.
What we build
Four things, done properly. Each one ends with working software on your accounts and a runbook your team can follow.
Workflow automation
Stop doing the same thing twice.
We connect the tools you already use so the repetitive steps run themselves, with logs and alerts so you know they did.
For example: lead intake, invoice processing, weekly reporting.
App development
Software shaped around how your team actually works.
Internal tools, customer portals, dashboards and mobile apps, scoped tightly and built in weekly demos.
For example: client portal, operations dashboard, field app.
QA and test automation
Ship on a Friday without holding your breath.
Automated end-to-end, API and integration tests for the paths that matter, wired into CI so broken builds never reach production.
For example: checkout regression suite, api contract tests, release smoke pack.
AI agents and internal tools
Language models wired into your real systems, with guardrails.
Assistants that answer from your own documents, triage tickets or extract data from messy PDFs, connected to your actual tools.
For example: support triage, document extraction, internal knowledge assistant.
How an engagement works
Five steps, in this order, every time. You will always know where a project is and what happens next.
- 1
Discovery call
30 minutes
You describe the problem. We ask questions and tell you honestly whether it is worth automating or building. No slides.
- 2
Scope and fixed quote
Within a few days
A short written proposal: what we will build, what we will not, the price and the timeline. Fixed, not hourly.
- 3
Build in weekly demos
Weeks one onward
You see working software on a preview link every week and steer it. Nothing is a surprise at the end.
- 4
Test and hand over
Final week
We test it properly, deploy to your accounts, write the runbook and walk your team through it on a recorded call.
- 5
30 days of support
After launch
Anything that breaks or was not as agreed, we fix at no charge. After that, a small retainer or you are self-sufficient. Your call.
What you get, every time
The terms are the same whether the project is a three-step automation or a full app.
You own the code
Everything lives in your GitHub and your cloud accounts from the first commit. Leave whenever you like.
Fixed scope, fixed price
A written scope and a price before we start. If the scope changes, we re-quote in writing. Never a surprise invoice.
Weekly demos
Working software on a preview link every week, not a big reveal at the end.
Documented handover
A runbook, a recorded walkthrough and the tests. Your team can maintain it without us.
Boring technology, on purpose
Well-supported tools with large communities, so hiring for it later is easy.
One point of contact
You talk to the engineer doing the work, not an account manager.
Tools we build with
Well-supported technology with large communities. Nothing exotic, so anyone can maintain what we hand over.

Questions people ask before a first call
How much does it cost?
Every project is quoted as a fixed price after a discovery call, before any commitment. Small automations are often a one-to-two-week engagement. Apps and test suites are typically four to twelve weeks. Retainers for ongoing work are monthly with no minimum term.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within one to two weeks of signing the proposal. If it is urgent, say so on the call and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it.
Who does the work?
The founder, with trusted engineers brought in for specific skills when a project needs them. You always know who is writing your code.
Do you work with startups or larger companies?
Both. The common thread is a team with a clear, repetitive problem that wants it gone. We are a small studio, so we take on a few projects at a time and give each one real attention.
What if we need changes after launch?
The first 30 days are covered. After that, most clients keep a small monthly retainer for changes and monitoring, or hand it to their own team using the runbook.
Can we talk before committing to anything?
Yes. That is the discovery call: free, 30 minutes, no pitch deck. If the project is not a good fit we will say so and, where we can, point you somewhere better.
Have something that should run itself?
Tell us what keeps eating your team’s week. We’ll say honestly whether it’s worth fixing and what it would take.
Or email hello@zerotouchlabs.com. We reply within one business day.
