What we collect

When you use the contact form or book a call, we receive what you type: your name, email address, company if given, and your message. Our booking provider may also collect the time zone and calendar details needed to schedule the call.

We do not run advertising trackers. Hosting logs may record your IP address and browser type for security and to keep the site running.

How we use it

To reply to you, to prepare for and hold a call, and, if we work together, to deliver the project. We do not sell your details or add you to a mailing list without asking.

Who else sees it

• Our email provider, to deliver your message to us.
• Our booking provider (Calendly or Cal.com), if you book a call.
• Our hosting provider, which serves this site.

Each of them processes data under their own privacy terms and on our instructions.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer them and for a reasonable period afterwards. If you would like something deleted, email us and we will do it.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used. Email hello@zerotouchlabs.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
