I started ZeroTouch Labs after years of watching capable teams lose hours every week to work a computer should be doing: copying data between tools, chasing approvals, clicking through the same test plan before every release.

The name is the goal. A good system needs zero touches to do its job. It runs, it tells you when it is done, and it tells you loudly when it is not. That is the standard for everything we ship, whether it is a three-step automation or a full app.

We are a small studio on purpose. You talk to the person building your software, you see it working every week, and you own it when we are done.

How we work

  • Say no early

    If automating something will not pay for itself, we say so on the first call. A short honest conversation costs less than a project that should not exist.

  • Scope small, ship weekly

    Big reveals go wrong. We cut work into pieces you can see, use and redirect every week.

  • Boring technology, thoroughly tested

    We pick tools with long track records and large communities, then test the parts that matter so they stay boring.

  • Loud failures, quiet successes

    Every system we build alerts a person when it needs one and stays silent when it does not. Nobody should have to check.

What an engagement looks like

    Discovery call

    30 minutes

    You describe the problem. We ask questions and tell you honestly whether it is worth automating or building. No slides.

    Scope and fixed quote

    Within a few days

    A short written proposal: what we will build, what we will not, the price and the timeline. Fixed, not hourly.

  3. 3

    Build in weekly demos

    Weeks one onward

    You see working software on a preview link every week and steer it. Nothing is a surprise at the end.

  4. 4

    Test and hand over

    Final week

    We test it properly, deploy to your accounts, write the runbook and walk your team through it on a recorded call.

  5. 5

    30 days of support

    After launch

    Anything that breaks or was not as agreed, we fix at no charge. After that, a small retainer or you are self-sufficient. Your call.
