Services / SaaS development
From an idea to a product people can subscribe to.
Usually bought by founders taking a product to market, and by teams productising a tool they built for themselves.
A SaaS product is not just the feature you had the idea about. It is sign-up, tenants, permissions, billing, failed payments, an admin view for your own team, and the ability to ship changes without taking everyone offline.
We build that foundation properly and the feature on top of it, then hand over something your own engineers can extend.
What this looks like in practice
Representative builds for this service. Yours will be scoped around your tools and your process.
First release
Sign-up, workspaces, the core feature and billing: enough product to put in front of paying customers and learn from.
Next.jsSupabaseStripe
Plans and billing
Subscription tiers, usage limits, upgrades, downgrades and dunning, with entitlements enforced in the application.
StripePostgreSQL
Admin and support console
An internal view where your team can find an account, see its usage and fix a problem without writing SQL.
ReactNode.js
What you get

How an engagement works
- 1
Discovery call
30 minutes
You describe the problem. We ask questions and tell you honestly whether it is worth automating or building. No slides.
- 2
Scope and fixed quote
Within a few days
A short written proposal: what we will build, what we will not, the price and the timeline. Fixed, not hourly.
- 3
Build in weekly demos
Weeks one onward
You see working software on a preview link every week and steer it. Nothing is a surprise at the end.
- 4
Test and hand over
Final week
We test it properly, deploy to your accounts, write the runbook and walk your team through it on a recorded call.
- 5
30 days of support
After launch
Anything that breaks or was not as agreed, we fix at no charge. After that, a small retainer or you are self-sufficient. Your call.
Questions about saaS development
How long until we can charge for it?
A first chargeable release is usually eight to twelve weeks, depending on the feature itself. Billing and sign-up are the predictable part; the product is what takes the time.
How do you handle multi-tenancy?
Shared database with row-level isolation by default, which is simpler to run and cheaper to host. Separate databases per tenant where a customer contract or regulation requires it.
Can you take over an existing product?
Yes. We begin with a short audit of the code, the data model and the deployment, then agree what to stabilise first and what to leave alone.

Have something that should run itself?
Tell us what keeps eating your team’s week. We’ll say honestly whether it’s worth fixing and what it would take.
Or email hello@zerotouchlabs.com. We reply within one business day.
