Questions about workflow automation
Which tools do you work with?
Anything with an API. Common ones: HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace, Slack, Stripe, Xero, QuickBooks and Shopify. If a tool has no API, we can usually work around it with email parsing or a small browser script.
Will we need to pay for n8n, Make or Zapier?
Sometimes. We tell you the running cost before we start and pick the cheapest option that is reliable. For higher volumes, self-hosted n8n or plain code usually costs the least.
What happens when it breaks?
You get an alert within minutes showing the failed step and the input that caused it. Every build includes 30 days of fixes. After that you can keep us on a small retainer or handle it in-house with the runbook.
