A crypto-intelligence Android app, from written plan to store-ready build in four fixed-price milestones
The founder had a clear product idea, live prices, whale-transfer alerts, AI price predictions and market sentiment in one dark, TradingView-style Android app with a premium tier, and a small, fixed budget. He needed a working, store-ready MVP quickly, with no surprises on cost.
A written development plan first, then a fixed price split into four milestones (foundation and free tier, live premium features and billing, AI layer and backend, QA and store launch). Each milestone was paid on delivery of an installable build, the source code and screenshots.

What was built
- React Native Android app: live BTC and ETH prices, candlestick charts across seven timeframes, a whale-transfer feed, a sentiment gauge and premium gating
- Google Play Billing subscription with entitlement checks
- Node.js and Express backend in Docker: a caching API proxy for CoinGecko, Whale Alert and the Fear & Greed index, plus OpenAI-generated 24-hour predictions refreshed on a schedule
- Follow-on features on the same codebase: a crypto bubbles view, full price history with date jumps, a liquidations heatmap and a UI refresh
- Store assets, a signed release build and a documented handover
